“Between stimulus and response, there is a space. In that space is our power to choose our response. In our response lies our growth and our freedom.” ― Viktor E. Frankl
As each person is an individual, I tailor evidence-based practices for you. We are all unique and have had different experiences in life, and that is to be honored, especially in the therapy room.
I have worked in settings with adults, teens, and children, including Suicide Prevention Hotlines, Schools, and Therapy Centers. I won’t look away from the pain. My main focus is helping to process life’s challenges: Stress, Anxiety, Grief, Divorce, School Challenges, Work Challenges, Difficult Relationships, and Unexpected Changes. I have also owned my own business and understand the complexities and stress of running a large corporation. Life is ever-changing. It is not possible to know how to handle all situations that arrive at our door. During those times, it helps to talk to someone who listens with respect to where you are in the process.
